Refund & Cancellation
Before work starts
You can cancel a project before work starts for a full refund of the deposit.
After work has begun
Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Work already completed will be invoiced.
Cancellation by Rafi Studio
If we cancel the project, we will refund any unused portion of the payment.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
